I purchased a property via MRI overseas property international. I was promised that the rental would cover my mortgage and other costs. This has not happened. was the rental agreement part of the contract, or was it just salesman's waffle......
if it was part of the contract (and I doubt it) then you have grounds to sue.
Id be surprised if any organisation would enter into an agreement which guaranteed rental income would exceed mortgage payments
