there are many sites that can help you with ARM info...and FHA, MyCommunity mortgage info.
FHA has an ARM program...and the commonly used 30yr fixed programs. FHA Secure or FHA reset programs are being used by they have 5 criteria that need to be met.Where do I find information re: mortgage ARMS and the government program now available to help get out of them
FHA is long term. Bush raised the limit to modernize it to today's housing prices. I seriously doubt any politician would dare lower it again, it would not go over well with voters.
