Can only 1 person on a mortgage file bankruptcy?

I am contemplating filing bankruptcy but my husband will not be. He is on the mortgage with me, Will this be a problem?Can only 1 person on a mortgage file bankruptcy?
You can file on your own, but he will be notified that you filed.Can only 1 person on a mortgage file bankruptcy?
HIS credit report will show that the mortgage was listed on YOUR bankruptcy. In addition, HE will remain liable for the entire mortgage.
