Does anyone know of a mortgage lender that will buy out a bankruptcy and/or foreclosure?

I am a mortgage broker in SC. I have two individuals needing help with this situation. One is in bankruptcy and has rolling 5's on his mortgage for the past year and a half. However, his ltv is at 55%.Does anyone know of a mortgage lender that will buy out a bankruptcy and/or foreclosure?
Yes, you should be able to refinance this person with an active foreclosure with either Fremont, Option One, or World. However with a bankruptcy, your going to have more of a challenge. I do believe that World and OOMC will accept bankruptcies with in the 2 years, but you need to check on that. Contact me directly if you need assistanceDoes anyone know of a mortgage lender that will buy out a bankruptcy and/or foreclosure?
Absoulutely, but be careful of subprime companies or brokers saying that they can do it.... This sounds like a hard money type of deal. I have done lots of these for people. It's expensive..no doubt, but it' worth it to save the home... I am doing one for a client right now..... same ltv.. and the bank is going take out enough cash and put it away for 12 months of payments.... She will be mortgage free for 12 months..... email me and I'll be glad to help
Be glad I'm feeling good today this type of info you should be paying for! There are several hard money lenders that will do loan like this going up 60 ltv. No conv. lender will touch a loan like this most hard money lenders don't care about fico's so you should be fine. They are alot of hard money lenders out there so you shouldn't have a problem finding one.
aurora funding will do that..however..you are not doing your clients any favors...the rate is soooo high and closings costs are through the roof.
